Common use of Suspension by the Bank Clause in Contracts

Suspension by the Bank. If any of the events specified in paragraphs (a) through (k) of this Section occurs and is continuing, the Bank may, by notice to the Loan Parties, suspend in whole or in part the right of the Borrower to make withdrawals from the Loan Account. Such suspension shall continue until the event (or events) which gave rise to the suspension has (or have) ceased to exist, unless the Bank has notified the Loan Parties that such right to make withdrawals has been restored.”
