Common use of Surviving Terms Clause in Contracts

Surviving Terms. In the event of expiration of this Agreement under Section 8.4 or termination of this Agreement under Section 8.5, the rights and obligations in the following Sections shall survive: 1.7, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7.1 and 8, and will remain in full force and effect following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
