Common use of Surviving Spouse Clause in Contracts

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e. or 2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.csubsections 37.3.c.(1) or 37.3. c.(2) shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.esubsections 37.2.e. or 2.f37.2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.csubsections 34.3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.esubsections 34.2.e. or 2.fand 34.2. f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection subsections 3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e2.c. or 2.f2.d. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c13.3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e13.2.d. or 2.f13.2.e. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c37.3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e37.2.e. or 2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c. 3.c.(1) or 3.c.(2) shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e. or 2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c. 23.3.c.(1) or 23.3.c.(2) shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e23.2.e. or 2.f23.2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c. 27.3.c.(1) shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e27.2.e. or 2.f27.2.f. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c35.3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.esubsections 35.2.e. or 2.f. 35.2.f of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.c34.3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e. or 2.f34.2.e. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection paragraph 3.c. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.eparagraph 2.f. or 2.f2.g. of this Article.

Surviving Spouse. The provisions of subsection 3.cC.3. shall be applicable to a surviving spouse eligible for retiree health insurance benefits under subsection 2.e. or 2.fB.5. of this Article.
