Common use of Surviving Sections Clause in Contracts

Surviving Sections. The provisions of this Section 9.6, Sections 4.7, 9.4, 9.5 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.6, 10.7, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.14, 10.15 and 10.17, and Articles 1, 5, 7 and 8 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this License Agreement for any reason.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of this Section 9.6Sections 1, Sections 4.7, 9.4, 9.5 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.6, 10.7, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.14, 10.15 and 10.17, and Articles 14.4-4.12, 5, 7 and 8 6, 7, 9, 10.3-10.5, 11 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this License Agreement for any reason.
