Common use of Surviving Sections Clause in Contracts

Surviving Sections. The obligations of any party that have been incurred prior to the effective date of termination (including, without limitation, the obligations of Customer regarding payment of Services Fees and Expenses), and other provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement and whether or not an invoice has been rendered with respect thereto.
