Surviving Clause. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, whether with cause or without cause, all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Surviving Clause. Expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination. Any expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights of either Party against the other accrued or accruing under this Agreement prior to expiration or termination. Surviving Clause. Notwithstanding the termination or expiration of this Agreement, the rights and obligations in Sections 11, 12 and 14 will survive and continue to bind the Parties and their heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
