Common use of Survival of Representations and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations and Obligations. The indemnity agreement set forth in Section 10 hereof, the obligations of the Republic under Section 13 hereof and the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect despite completion of the arrangements for the sale and issuance of the Securities or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Underwriters or the Republic.

Survival of Representations and Obligations. The indemnity agreement set forth in Section 10 hereof, the obligations of the Republic under Section 13 hereof and the representations representations, warranties and warranties agreements set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect despite completion of the arrangements for the sale and issuance of the Securities Notes or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Underwriters or the Republic.
