Common use of Survival of Representations and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations and Obligations. All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or made in writing by or on behalf of the Credit Parties in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, the making of the Advances or the issuance of any Letters of Credit and any investigation made by or on behalf of the Lenders, none of which investigations shall diminish any Lender’s right to rely on such representations and warranties. All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Party provided for in Sections 2.9, 2.10, 2.12(c), 9.1 and 9.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Loan Party provided for in Sections 2.9, 2.10, 2.12(c2.11, 2.13(c), 9.1 and 9.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Party provided for in Sections 2.9, 2.10, 2.12(c2.11, 2.13(c), 9.1 and 9.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 8.4 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Loan Party provided for in Sections 2.92.11, 2.102.12, 2.12(c2.14(c), 9.1 9.01 and 9.2 9.02 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 8.05 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or made in writing by or on behalf of the Credit Loan Parties in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Credit Loan Documents, the making of the Advances Loans or the issuance of any Letters of Credit and any investigation made by or on behalf of the Lenders, none of which investigations shall diminish any Lender’s 's right to rely on such representations and warranties. All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Loan Party provided for in Sections 2.9, Section 2.10, 2.12(cSection 2.11, Section 2.13(c), 9.1 Section 11.1 and 9.2 Section 11.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full Discharge of the DIP Obligations.

Survival of Representations and Obligations. All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or made in writing by or on behalf of the Credit Loan Parties in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Credit Loan Documents, the making of the Advances Loans or the issuance of any Letters of Credit and any investigation made by or on behalf of the Lenders, none of which investigations shall diminish any Lender’s 's right to rely on such representations and warranties. All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Loan Party provided for in Sections 2.9, Section 2.10, 2.12(cSection 2.11, Section 2.13(c), Section 9.1 and Section 9.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 Article VIII shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or in any other Credit Document or made in writing by or on behalf of the Credit Parties in connection herewith or therewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, the making of the Advances or the issuance of any Letters of Credit and any investigation made by or on behalf of the Lenders, none of which investigations shall diminish any Lender’s right to rely on such representations and warranties. All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Party provided for in Sections 2.9, 2.10, 2.12(c2.11, 2.13(c), 9.1 and 9.2 and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 8.4 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.

Survival of Representations and Obligations. All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or made in writing by or on behalf of the Credit Parties Parent or the Borrower in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, the making of the Advances or the issuance of any Letters of Credit and any investigation made by or on behalf of the Lenders, none of which investigations shall diminish any Lender’s right to rely on such representations and warranties. All obligations of the Borrower or any other Credit Party provided for in Sections 2.9, 2.10, 2.12(c2.12(b), 9.1 and 9.2 9.1(a), (b) and (d) and all of the obligations of the Lenders in Section 8.5 9.1(c) and Section 9.8 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and repayment in full of the Obligations.
