Survival of Indemnity Provisions. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all of the indemnity provisions contained in this Agreement shall survive a Member’s ceasing to be a Member hereunder.
Survival of Indemnity Provisions. The indemnification provisions of this Article 15 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement with respect to any acts or omissions occurring during the term of this Agreement and shall not be affected or reduced by any information with which the Owner has been provided or may otherwise obtain in the future.

Survival of Indemnity Provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the indemnities contained in this Clause 12 shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.
