Common use of Survival of Contents Clause in Contracts

Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 2.7, 2.11, 3.3 and 3.4 and Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be.

Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 2.72.1, 2.112.2, 3.3 2.3 and 3.4 2.4(b) and (c) and Articles 4, 5, 6 6, 7, 8 and 7 9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be, to the extent required thereby for the full observation and performance by any or all of the parties hereto.

Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 2.72.7 (for one year after the termination or expiration of this Agreement), 2.112.10, 3.3 4.4 and 3.4 4.5 and Articles 4, Sections 5, 6 6, 7, 8 and 7 9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be.
