Survival of Contents. The provisions of Sections 7.8, 8.4, 10.2, 13.9 and this Section 13.12 shall survive beyond the termination of this Agreement. Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 2.7, 2.11, 3.3 and 3.4 and Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Paragraphs 2.7, 3.1(b) and (c), 3.2(b) and (c), 5.2, 8.4, 8.5, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.12, and 10.13 and Articles IV, VI & VII shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be, to the extent required thereby for the full observation and performance by any or all the parties hereto.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, those provisions of this Agreement which by their nature survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall do so to the extent required thereby for the full observation and performance by any or all of the Parties hereto.
Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 1, 3.3, 5.3, 6, 7, 8.4, 9, ownership rights, and accrued rights to payments under this Agreement survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Sections 5, 6, 9-13, as well as any obligations or rights which by the terms hereof have accrued, shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement to the extent required thereby for the full observation and performance by any or all of the parties hereto.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that either party’s obligation to pay the other party any consideration accrued but unpaid prior to such termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement. In addition, Sections 2.4, 3.9, 3.11, 6.2 (only to the extent such Third Party Claim arose prior to termination or expiration of this Agreement), 6.4 (only to the extent such Third Party Claim arose prior to termination or expiration of this Agreement), 7.4, 7.5, 8.1, 8.4, and Articles IX, X (only to the extent such claim or action arose prior to termination or expiration of this Agreement), XI and XII, as well as any other provisions to the extent required for the full observation and performance of the foregoing Sections and Articles or which by their nature are intended to survive such termination, shall survive the termination of this Agreement and continue to be enforceable.
Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that Articles 2.1, 2.2, 3.8, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.15 and 7.16 shall survive the termination of this Agreement to the extent required thereby for the full observation and performance by one or both of the parties hereto.
Survival of Contents. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement -------------------- to the contrary, the parties agree that Articles VI, VII, VIII and IX shall survive the termination of this Agreement, together with any other provisions to the extent required for the full observation and performance of the surviving terms by any of the parties hereto.

Obligations incurred by the Parties under Sections 2.2, 3.7, 4.4, 5.1(a), 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.5, 8.7.6, 9.5, 9.7, 11.1.3, 11.1.4, 11.2, 12.1, 13.5 through 13.8, 15.1, 15.2, 16.1(b) through 16.3, 17.1 through 17.5, and 18.1 through 18.13, and MiniMed's payment obligations which accrue prior to the effective date of termination, or due to termination, shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
