Survival of Certain Sections. Any provision of this Agreement that must survive termination of this Agreement if necessary to effectuate the intent of the Parties will survive such termination, including Sections 2.3, 2.4, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17.
