Survival of Certain Covenants. The covenants of the Consultant contained in Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement shall survive the termination and expiration of the term of this Agreement, except that this shall not be construed to have the effect of preventing the Consultant from engaging in the full range of activities available to him prior to the execution of this Agreement after the term of this Agreement shall have expired.
