Survival of Certain Covenants. All covenants pertaining to bond, insurance, indemnification, restoration obligations, Breach, Default, and remedies shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until Xxxxxx has fulfilled all obligations to restore the Lease Premises as required by this Lease.
