Common use of SURVIVAL AND REMEDIES Clause in Contracts

SURVIVAL AND REMEDIES. Medical Group acknowledges and agrees that Medical Group’s covenants in this Agreement are reasonable and necessary in order to protect the legitimate interests of NeoGenomics, and that any violation thereof by Medical Group would result in irreparable injuries to NeoGenomics. Therefore, Medical Group acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a violation by Medical Group of any of those covenants, NeoGenomics shall be entitled to obtain, from any court of competent jurisdiction, temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief to prevent a threatened breach or to obtain a halt to an actual breach by Medical Group of any of Medical Group’s covenants contained in this Agreement, in addition to any other rights or remedies to which NeoGenomics may be entitled at law or in equity by reason of any such breach or threatened breach of this Agreement
