Survey Control. The Developer shall provide all property corners and street centerline stakes, and shall provide reasonable and necessary opportunities and facilities for setting points and making measurements. Construction shall not commence until the Developer has made provision to establish such points and measurements to the District's satisfaction. The Extension shall conform to such points and instructions. The Developer shall preserve bench marks, reference points and stakes, and, in case of destruction, shall be charged for any resulting expense and shall be responsible for any errors that may be caused by their absence or disturbance.
