Surveillance Methods. COUNTY may apply surveillance methods to determine CONTRACTOR compliance. These include, but are not limited to: Routine inspection, random sampling without extrapolated deductions, and planned sampling, incidental inspections and validated customer complaints as supplemental surveillance methods.
