An updated copy must be provided to the County’s Project Director on the Contract’s start date and as changes occur. Quality Control Plan (QCP). The CNA shall develop and maintain effective quality control procedures to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS in this Agreement. All work performed under this Agreement shall be consistent with industry standards to assure timely provision of services and optimum customer satisfaction. The CNA shall develop and implement procedures to identify and ensure services are provided at the required level of performance for all elements of this Agreement. CNA performance requiring corrective actions include, but are not limited to, items such as late performance or submission of defective or late reports on a recurring basis or failure to perform a required task. The CNA shall submit an initial QCP to the Commission no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement. The QCP will be reviewed and approved by the Commission and the CNA will be notified if there are any deficiencies. The CNA will have thirty (30) days to correct any deficiencies, if required. The CNA must ensure the QCP is in operation throughout the entire term of the agreement. The CNA shall prepare and implement a written QCP as described below.

The successful offeror shall submit a finalized QCP thirty (30) days after award of the contract to the Government for approval. The Government will have ten (10) working days to review/accept the QCP. Quality Control Plan (QCP). Develop a Quality Control Plan for the services covered by this scope of services. The QCP shall describe the review process and schedule used for each deliverable and include Quality Control Checklists (“QCC”) that will be used. Quality Control Plan (QCP). 4.1.1 The Design-Builder agrees to perform quality assurance-quality control/ constructability reviews in accordance with the Design-Builder's Owner approved Quality Control Plan (QCP), to be developed in the format described in Attachment 4 and at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/files/Capital%20Contracting/QCP_ProjectSpe cific_V4%20(005).docx. The approved QCP will be incorporated by reference and will includes any subsequent revisions approved by Owner. In the event the Owner retains a separate consultant to perform additional QCP services for the Owner, Design- Builder will provide all necessary information to the Owner, address any comments from the Owner’s consultant, and provide resolution to the Owner's satisfaction. The Design-Builder shall include this language in all its subconsultant / contracts to ensure subconsultants understand their responsibility for complying with the Owner's QCP requirements.

The Contractor shall provide the QCP to the Government within forty-five (45) days after contract award. The QCP shall identify potential and actual problem areas in providing requirements of the contract as specified. The Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. The Contractor’s quality control program is the means by which they assure themselves that work complies with the requirement of the contract. The Contractor shall ensure that corrective actions are applied to problem areas throughout the life of the contract. Changes to the QCP shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer and COR, no later than five workings days prior to the effective date of change. The Contractor shall review and update the quality control plan and submit it for acceptance of changes 60 days prior to the beginning of each option period. The basic intent of the QCP is that the Contractor is responsible for the quality of the services provided in accordance with the basic contract and all subsequent Task Orders. All methods, procedures and forms shall support this concept. At a minimum, the QCP shall: • Be structured to assure reasonable quality control independent from any other parts of the Contractor’s organization. • Be designed in such a manner that each O&M functional element may be extracted and used as a stand- alone quality control document for that function. • Have direct accountability to the Contractor’s top management level. • Include the names and qualifications of firms or individuals tasked to perform inspections and the extent of their authority. • Include information concerning prioritizing services in accordance with the most critical services. • Specify tasks or areas to be inspected on a scheduled or unscheduled basis, the manner in which inspections are to be conducted, the titles of the individuals who will perform the inspections, and the percentage of the work which will be inspected on a recurring basis. • Include a method of documenting and enforcing quality control operations of both prime Contractor and Subcontractor work, including inspection and testing. • Include a method for checking life support activities at all tiers to ensure compliance with Combating Trafficking in Persons. • Describe a method acceptable to the Government for identifying deficiencies in ...
