Common use of Surrender of Records and Property Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company, Employee shall deliver promptly to Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations, or copies thereof that relate in any way to the business, products, practices, or techniques of Company, and all other property, trade secrets, and Proprietary Information of Company, including, but not limited to, all documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Proprietary Information of Company, which in any of these cases are in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control.

Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of Employee’s 's employment with by Employee or by the Company, for any reason or for no reason, Employee shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, and calculations, and copies thereof, in whatever medium, which are the property of the Company or copies thereof that which relate in any way to the business, products, practices, techniques, customers, suppliers, functions or techniques operations of Company, and all other property, trade secrets, property and Proprietary Confidential Information of the Company, including, but not limited to, all documents that which in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Proprietary Confidential Information of the Company, which in any of these cases are in Employee’s his possession or under Employee’s his control.
