Surrender of Documents. 1. Upon the termination of this Agreement—or, in the case of earlier release, at the time of release—the Management Board Member is obligated to return to the Company, promptly and unsolicited, all documents, drawings, and other materials connected with his activity for the Company or relating to affairs of the Company. The Management Board Member is not entitled to exercise a right of retention to such articles.
