Common use of Surrender of Charter Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Charter. AFFILIATE may surrender its charter by delivering to UCP written notice of its intention to do so no less than sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such surrender.

Surrender of Charter. AFFILIATE may surrender its charter by delivering to UCP AMCP written notice of its intention to do so no less than sixty fourteen (6014) days prior to the effective date of such surrender.

Surrender of Charter. AFFILIATE may surrender its charter by delivering to UCP written notice of its intention to do so no less than sixty thirty (6030) days prior to the effective date of such surrender.
