Common use of Surrender of Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Books and Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, NSM shall forthwith surrender to NMLP any and all books, records, documents and other property in the possession or control of NSM relating to this Agreement and to the business, finance, technology, trademarks or affairs of NMLP and any member of the NMLP Group and, except as required by law, shall not retain any copies of same.
