Common use of Supporting Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Supporting Infrastructure. (a) Provision of technical assistance to prepare feasibility studies, design, and bidding specifications for Selected IT Parks to be developed based on a PPP model in the Borrower’s territory. (b) Development, using a PPP model and based on the results of the technical assistance provided through Part 4 (a) of the Project, of Selected IT Parks in the Borrower’s territory.
