Miscellaneous Infrastructure. Sentinel shall provide the following elements to the Space: 1. Cooling via Liebert on-floor air-handling units supported by the Building’s 2,625 ton chilled water plant; 2. Interlocking pre-action fire suppression throughout the Space; 3. Dedicated key-card module regulating access to the Space; 4. Copper grounding mat underneath the entire Space; and 5. Dedicated fiber conduit to the Space via two diverse meet-me rooms and dedicated hard conduit connecting the Suite A Space and the Suite B Space.
