Common use of Supported Software Clause in Contracts

Supported Software. 5.1 The Supported Software is: a) the Service/Software; b) any Software Release which is acquired by the Buyer (whether under this agreement or any other agreement between the parties) during the course of the relevant Licence and which accordingly becomes part of the software defined as the Service/Software under that Licence; and c) any other service or software which we agree in writing should be Supported Software for the purposes of this agreement; PROVIDED THAT we shall not be required to support such Service/Software: d) on any Solution Stack other than as indicated and defined in the Contract Information;

Supported Software. 5.1 2.1 The Supported Software is: : (a) the Service/Software; ; (b) any Software Release Modification which is acquired by the Buyer Customer (whether under the Licence, this agreement or any other agreement between 2iC and the partiesCustomer) during the course of the relevant Licence and which accordingly becomes part of the software defined as the Service/Software "Software" under that the Licence; and and (c) any other service or software which we 2iC and Customer agree in writing should be Supported Software for the purposes of this agreement; PROVIDED THAT we shall not be required to support such Service/Software: d) on any Solution Stack other than as indicated and defined agreement including the software listed in the Contract Information;Schedule.

Supported Software. 5.1 2.1 The Supported Software is: a) : 2.1.1 the Service/Software; b) ; 2.1.2 any Software Release Modification or software which is acquired by the Buyer Customer (whether under this agreement via the MODSEC Marketplace, or any other agreement between the partiesCustomer and a third party software provider) during the course of the relevant Licence Agreement and which accordingly becomes part of the software defined as the Service/Software under that LicenceSoftware; and c) and 2.1.3 any other software or service or software which we Modsec and the Customer agree in writing should be Supported Software for the purposes of this agreement; PROVIDED THAT we shall not be required to support such Service/Software: d) on any Solution Stack other than as indicated and defined in the Contract Information;Agreement.
