Common use of Support Renewal Clause in Contracts

Support Renewal. For each subsequent year after the first-year Support and Maintenance Services term, the obligation to provide Support and Maintenance Services as described above will continue and Customer's obligation to pay the current Support and Maintenance Services charges then in effect shall be renewed upon customers 30 days written notice provided to vendor prior to the then-expiration date.

Support Renewal. For each subsequent year after the first-first year Support and Maintenance Services term, the obligation to provide Support and Maintenance Services as described above will continue and Customer's obligation to pay the current Support and Maintenance Services charges then in effect shall be automatically renewed on the anniversary date of the Software delivery hereunder. Unless cancelled by Customer upon customers 30 thirty (30) days prior written notice provided to vendor notice, Customer will be invoiced for annual Support and Maintenance Services for subsequent years thirty (30) days prior to the then-expiration dateof the annual Support and Maintenance Services period.
