Support from Red Hat Clause Samples

The 'Support from Red Hat' clause defines the terms under which Red Hat provides technical assistance and support services to its customers. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of support, such as the types of issues covered, response times, and the channels through which support can be accessed (e.g., online portal, phone, or email). Its core practical function is to set clear expectations for both parties regarding the level and availability of support, thereby ensuring customers receive timely help while Red Hat manages its support obligations efficiently.
Support from Red Hat. Development Support” consists of assistance with installation, usage, problem diagnosis and bug fixes for the applicable Software used for Development Purposes during specific Red Hat life cycle phases (as referenced in Section 1.7 above). Development Support also consists of advice on architecture, design, development and prototyping. Requests for deployment and maintenance assistance and/or assistance for Production Purposes are not included within the scope of Development Support, but rather are available on a consulting basis under the terms of a separate agreement.
Support from Red Hat. Support consists of guidance on the use of, problem diagnosis and bug fixes for the Online Services when used for their intended purpose. To access and use Support, you must provide Red Hat with sufficient information to validate your Subscription to the relevant Support. The scope of the Support is based on the level and type of Subscriptions you purchased. Certain Subscriptions are only offered at either the Standard or Premium Support Level. Trial Subscriptions are not for production purposes and only supported for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Subscriptions for your future purchase from Red Hat or through one of our authorized Business Partners.
Support from Red Hat. Support Services consist of guidance on the use of, problem diagnosis and bug fixes for the Online Services when used for their intended purpose. To access and use Support Services, you must provide Red Hat with sufficient information to validate your entitlement to the relevant Support Services. The scope of the Support Services is based on the level (Standard or Premium) and type of Red Hat Online Subscriptions you purchased. Certain Red Hat Online Subscriptions are only offered at either the Standard or Premium Support Level. Evaluation Subscriptions are only supported for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Red Hat Online Subscriptions for your future purchase from Red Hat or through one of our authorized Business Partners and not for production purposes.
