Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers. The Executive does not have, and at any time during the Term shall not have, any employment with or any direct or indirect interest in (as owner, partner, shareholder, employee, director, officer, agent, consultant or otherwise) any supplier or vendor to the Company (including its subsidiaries or affiliates); provided, however, that the Executive shall be permitted to own less than five-percent (5%) of any class of publicly traded securities of any company (other than a Specified Company).

Suppliers.
