Supplier Relations. Within 5 business days of the Effective Date, LE will send each of its existing suppliers of Merchandise a notice in the form set forth in Appendix #8 (Supplier Notification). In addition, after the Effective Date, LE will directly contract with all new suppliers of Merchandise.
