Common use of Supplementary Duties Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Duties. The duties and responsibilities of the Engineer during the construction survey and layout phase shall also include any additional duties and responsibilities to be provided pursuant to the Engineer’s proposal attached as Exhibit B.
