Supplementary Duties. The duties and responsibilities of the Engineer during the Preliminary Design Phase shall also include any additional duties and responsibilities to be provided pursuant to the Engineer’s proposal attached as Exhibit B.

Supplementary Duties. Supplementary duties are shifts offered to employees who are absent from the workplace on unpaid parental leave or leave without pay, and are offered as a means to assist employees to maintain current practical experience and professional registration requirements during periods of extended leave. Supplementary duties do not interrupt the period of unpaid parental leave or leave without pay.
