Supplemental Software. Any Software proposed as an Option shall: 1. Be directly related to printing, copying, scanning, faxing, or other operational functions of the MFP; or 2. Be Print Management Software, being software that provides for analyzing and tracking print production, monitoring Consumables usage, and generating reports that allow Authorized Users to monitor and manage their Printer usage centrally from a single location.
