Supplemental Software. Licensee agrees that any supplemental software delivered to Licensee by VTLS Inc. (including upgrades to Licensed Software) subsequent to the initial delivery of the Licensed Software under this Agreement shall also be deemed Licensed Software, and thus are subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Supplemental Software. To enable optimal access and use of certain Online Services, you may need to install Supplemental Software, including upgrades and/or updates. This Agreement governs your use of Supplemental Software, and any upgrades/updates, unless we present separate license terms to you upon installation. Your right to use the Supplemental Software ends when your right to use the Online Service ends or when we update the Online Service and it no longer supports the Supplemental Software, whichever comes first. You must uninstall the Supplemental Software when your right to use it ends. We may also disable it at that time.
Supplemental Software. Any Software proposed as an Option shall:
1. Be directly related to printing, copying, scanning, faxing, or other operational functions of the MFP; or
2. Be Print Management Software, being software that provides for analyzing and tracking print production, monitoring Consumables usage, and generating reports that allow Authorized Users to monitor and manage their Printer usage centrally from a single location.

Failure to install updates may affect Customer’s ability to use certain functions of the Office 365 delivered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services. Customer’s right to use the Supplemental Software ends when its right to use Office 365 delivered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ends or when Office 365 delivered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is updated and the Supplemental Software no longer supports it, whichever comes first. Customer must uninstall the Supplemental Software when its right to use it ends. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may also disable it at that time.
