DEACTIVATIONS Clause Samples
The Deactivations clause outlines the conditions and procedures under which a party may temporarily or permanently disable access to a service, account, or system. Typically, this clause specifies the triggers for deactivation, such as breach of terms, inactivity, or security concerns, and may detail the notice requirements or steps for reactivation. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for managing access, thereby protecting the service provider from misuse and ensuring operational security.
