Common use of Supplemental Rent Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Rent. The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, or to whomever shall be entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other Operative Document (and the Lessor hereby directs the Lessee, on behalf of the Lessor, to so pay any such other Person), any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable and, in the event of any failure on the part of the Lessee to pay any Supplemental Rent, the Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent. Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of any and all Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination of the Lessee’s obligations to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental Rent.

Supplemental Rent. Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay as Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of (i) any and all Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination Costs as the same become due and payable, and (ii) all amounts determined to be due and payable pursuant to Section 7.1(a) of the Lessee’s obligations to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee Trust Agreement in accordance with respect to Supplemental Rentits terms.

Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of any and all Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination of the Lessee’s 's obligations to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental Rent.

Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of any and all Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination of the Lessee’s obligations to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental Rent.

The expiration or other termination of the Lessee’s 's obligations to pay Interim Rent or Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental Rent.

The Lessee shall pay to Lessor (or the Lessor, or to whomever shall be other applicable Person entitled thereto as expressly provided herein or in any other pursuant to the Operative Document (and the Lessor hereby directs the Lessee, on behalf of the Lessor, to so pay any such other Person), Documents) any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable and, and in the event of any failure on the part of the Lessee to pay any Supplemental RentRent when due and payable (subject to the applicable notice or grace periods, to the Lessor extent applicable, set forth in Section 8.1(a)), Lessor, and Agent and the Participants, acting through Lessor, shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein or by law or in equity or otherwise in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent. Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of any and all Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination of the Lessee’s obligations 's obligation to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations obligation of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental Rent.

Lessee hereby reaffirms that its obligation to pay as Supplemental Rent shall include the payment of (i) any and all Lease Agreement Additional Costs. The expiration or other termination , and (ii) any Transaction Costs not paid by Lessor, as further described in Section 9.9 of the Lessee’s obligations to pay Basic Rent hereunder shall not limit or modify the obligations of the Lessee with respect to Supplemental RentParticipation Agreement.
