Common use of Supplemental Documents Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documents. CONTRACTOR shall prepare, reproduce and distribute supplemental drawings, Plans and Specifications and shall issue interpretations in response to requests for clarification by Owner’s Project Manager, or sub-contractors or as required by construction exigencies. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for notifying the appropriate parties of Owner's instructions and of changed requirements and schedule revisions.
