Supplemental Basic Services. The PSProvider’s Supplemental Basic Services are those services described in this Article for which compensation is provided as Supplemental Basic Services in these General Conditions and may include but not limited to the following services, IF included in the Individual Project Assignment and specifically requested by the Owner.

Supplemental Basic Services. Supplemental Basic Services. The PSProvider’s Supplemental Basic Services are those the services described specifically identified in Article 14.2 that are to be provided by the PSProvider in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Article Agreement. Compensation for which compensation is provided as Supplemental Basic Services in these General Conditions and may include but not limited will be additional to the following services, IF included in the Individual Project Assignment and specifically requested compensation for Basic Services. The PSProvider shall attend all required meetings scheduled by the OwnerOwner or PSProvider and shall promptly provide meeting minutes to all parties.
