Common use of Supplement Term Clause in Contracts

Supplement Term. The term of each Supplemental Site License shall be in effect for a period of five (5) years commencing on the “Commencement Date” determined in accordance with each Site Supplement. Unless otherwise terminated, a Supplement Term and License provided for herein will continue uninterrupted, and will automatically be extended for up to two (2), successive, five (5) year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”), with the first five-year extension of the Supplement Term commencing immediately upon the expiration of the initial period of the Supplement Term, and the second five-year extension of the Supplement Term commencing immediately upon the expiration of the preceding additional period of the Term, unless notice of non-extension is provided by either party to the other prior to the commencement of the succeeding Renewal Term. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be in effect during the Supplement Term and any extension of the Supplement Term.
