Supervisory Allowance. (a) A supervisory allowance is payable for all hours actually worked by staff below the level of Job Grade 4A, when performing the duties associated with the role of Senior Pool Attendant. (b) The allowance is calculable as the difference between the employee’s base rate of pay and the applicable competency point of the Job Grade 4A salary range.
