Supervision of Maintenance. The Zonal Railway shall inspect and certify the maintenance of the Rail System, at least once every month in accordance with the applicable standards notified by MOR and the Concessionaire shall pay to the Zonal Railway the inspection charges equal to an amount to be calculated at the rate of [Rs. 2,000/KM].The rate for computation of inspection charges shall be revised annually on April 1, to reflect the variation in WPI.
