Common use of Superseding Clause in Contracts

Superseding. If a TA Signatory has previously submitted any information in respect of its Asset Claims, such TA Signatory may only submit new or further information in respect of its Asset Claims that was previously submitted by such TA Signatory by amending such information via the Portal (or otherwise as the Company directs).
