SUPERSEDES. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - AMENDMENTS This Lease supersedes and cancels all previous leases, agreements, and “special use permits” between Landlord and Tenant covering the Leased Premises and represents the entire agreement between the parties. All negotiations, oral agreements, and understandings are merged herein. This Lease Agreement may be amended, supplemented, changed, modified, or altered only upon mutual agreement of the parties hereto in writing.
