Common use of Sunset Provision Clause in Contracts

Sunset Provision. Except for the covenants contained in Section 8, which shall survive termination of this Agreement according to their own terms, this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Company One-Hundred Eighty (180) days prior to the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Agreement Date to determine whether the Agreement should be renewed, modified or terminated. Unless expressly renewed or modified by the Company in writing, this Agreement shall automatically expire on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Agreement Date.

Sunset Provision. Unless expressly renewed or modified by the Company in writing, this Agreement shall automatically expire on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Agreement DateJuly 31, 2010.
