Sunset Provision. 13. All warnings/reprimands and all documents associated with them shall be removed from the Member's Official File twenty-four (24) months after the date on which the warning/reprimand was given to the Member, unless the Member has been given further warnings or reprimands and does not successfully grieve the matter.
Sunset Provision. All terms and conditions of this Agreement are dependent upon, and subject to, the allocation of funds for the purpose set forth in the Agreement and the Agreement shall automatically terminate if funds cease to be available. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the approval of the Project by the Department is subject to the conditions of this Agreement, and that no expenditures of funds on the part of the Department will be made until the terms of this Agreement have been complied with on the part of the Municipality.
Sunset Provision. Faculty members hired after June 30, 1995, shall not be eligible for this early retirement incentive.
Sunset Provision. In the event the Board of Supervisors or Public Works employees do not approve the four day work week in two consecutive years, this agreement shall become null and void and shall not continue into succeeding years despite Section 209a (1e) of the Civil Service Law.

Subject to Section 10.3, anything to the contrary in this Trust Agreement or the Plans notwithstanding, in the event of a Potential Change in Control, the procedures, rules and responsibilities that apply under this Article V and under Sections 7.3, 8.5 and 11.2 hereof solely as a result of the occurrence of such Potential Change in Control shall cease to apply six (6) months after delivery of the Required Funding Amount to the Trustee if no Change in Control shall have occurred during such six-month period, and the Board of Directors determines, and so certifies to the Trustee, that a Change in Control is not imminent, pending, or reasonably expected to occur (or upon such certification by the Board of Directors acting unanimously before the expiration of such six-month period), or upon the earlier termination of this Trust in a manner consistent with Section 3.2 hereof. Such new six-month period shall commence in the event of and upon the date of any subsequent Potential Change in Control.
Sunset Provision. The Billing Remedies set forth in this Section shall sunset two years from the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Sunset Provision. Except for the covenants contained in Section 8, which shall survive termination of this Agreement according to their own terms, this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Company approximately One-Hundred Eighty (180) days prior to July 31, 2010 to determine whether the Agreement should be renewed, modified or terminated. Unless expressly renewed or modified by the Company in writing, this Agreement shall automatically expire on July 31, 2010.
Sunset Provision. All warnings, reprimands and all documents associated with them shall remain in the Member’s official file for up to five (5) years. A successful grievance would result in the removal of all reference to the discipline from the Member’s file.
Sunset Provision. (a) The obligations imposed on Developer by and under the following provisions of this Agreement shall lapse and be of no further force or effect seven (7) years after the Execution Date: Sections 3.2, 3.3, 3.5 and 7.7.
