Sunburst. Should Customer request utilization workforce solutions, the Parties shall enter into a Master Services Agreement with Amergis’ subsidiary, Sunburst Workforce Advisors, LLC. The terms set forth in the separate Master Services Agreement will govern the scope of work for the MSP services.
Sunburst. The Parties may agree to utilize ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’ in-house workforce solution, Sunburst, by mutual written agreement (“MSP Opt-In”), after which Attachment “C” shall take effect and govern the scope of work for the managed service provider offering (“MSP”). For the purpose of this Section, email correspondence between the Parties indicating mutual intent to utilize Sunburst shall be sufficient to effectuate the MSP Opt-In. In absence of such MSP Opt-In, Attachment “C” shall not take effect.
