Common use of SUMS RECEIVABLE Clause in Contracts

SUMS RECEIVABLE. It is the intention of the parties that unless otherwise agreed by the Company the remuneration provided to the Employee under Clause 4 hereof shall be the total remuneration of the Employee for his service under this Agreement whether provided to the Company or any Associated Company. Any other sums (whether Director’s fees or otherwise howsoever) receivable or received by the Employee in connection with, or as a result of, the performance of his duties hereunder shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Company, belong to the Company, and the Employee shall disclose and account for the same to the Company.
