Common use of Summer Youth Supervision Differential Clause in Contracts

Summer Youth Supervision Differential. Employees who supervise two or more Summer Youth or Court Assignees shall receive a five percent (5%) differential. This Summer Youth Supervision Differential will be reported to CalPERS as Lead Worker/Supervisor Premium Special Assignment Pay. However, any hours worked on overtime are excluded from CalPERS reported “compensation earnable” in California Government Code Section 20635.
