Summarized Collection Data. For the second Billing Month, the Daily Servicer’s Reports (points 2 and 3 above) are summarized into one set of reports. This summarized amount is the total Securitization Charges collected, which will be remitted to the Trustee on a daily basis. (Daily Servicer’s Report) The definitions contained in this Appendix A are applicable to the singular as well as the plural forms of such terms. Act has the meaning specified in Section 11.03(a) of the Indenture.
