Collection Data. Each Servicer Business Day, after giving effect to collections (including Securitization Charge Collections) on such Servicer Business Day, the total collections for each Securitization Rate Class are multiplied by the prior Billing Period’s Securitization Ratio for such Securitization Rate Class. The aggregate of such products for all Securitization Rate Classes constitutes the Daily Remittance for such Servicer Business Day.

Collection Data. Customer shall update subscriber account balance information to provide necessary data for the Basic Services and any Additional Services and shall ensure through periodic checks and updates that the data is current and accurate at all times.
Collection Data. In the event a Customer uses a third party vendor to provide services included in the Care Express Services that require data transfer and/or data transmission between CSG and the Customer, CSG shall not be liable for any inaccurate Subscriber account balance set forth in a xxxx statement presented electronically by CSG pursuant to this Agreement or for initiating an electronic fund transfer or credit card charge in an amount that is not equal to the Subscriber’s true and accurate account balance as of Customer’s Statement Closing Date (as defined on Schedule K of this Agreement) where such error is caused by the failure of a Customer or third party vendor to provide Subscriber information updates and data (including, but not limited to, account balance) to CSG.
Collection Data. For the second and third Billing Months, the daily amounts of Securitization Charges collected are adjusted to reflect the time lag between the customer receiving the xxxx and the Servicer receiving payment. To accomplish this, the amounts collected from the billing systems during the Second Billing Month are multiplied by the cumulative First and Second Billing Months’ Collection Curve Percentage, and the amounts collected from the billing systems during the Third Billing Month are multiplied by the cumulative First, Second and Third Billing Months’ Collection Curve Percentage. Standard processing is then performed. (Daily Servicer’s Report) In the fourth Billing Month and thereafter, standard processing is performed based upon 100% of the amounts billed and collected.

Collection Data. Franchisee shall be responsible for collection of payment from Customers with past due accounts ("bad debt"). Franchisee shall make reasonable efforts to obtain payment from delinquent accounts through issuance of late payment notices, telephone requests for payments, and assistance from collection agencies. When a customer has been sent to collection and/or service terminated, this information shall be made available to the City. A monthly report produced by the Franchisee shall include new terminations and accounts without service. Reports shall separately list those addresses that are currently vacant.
Collection Data. Customer shall update EBP Subscriber account balance information to provide necessary data for the Basic EBP Services and Additional EBP Services and shall ensure through periodic checks and updates that the data is current and accurate at all times. In conjunction with this service, CSG agrees to provide Customer with any and all available reports and data required and reasonably specified by Customer for the purposes of confirming that all EBP transactions are being accurately processed. If Customer requires reporting on EBP Subscriber data and transactions that require custom programming services, CSG will provide such reports to Customer pursuant to a mutually agreed upon SOW or LOA.

  • Collections The Servicer shall remit to the Collection Account all amounts (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Supplemental Servicing Fees) received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables (including Liquidation Proceeds and all amounts received by the Servicer in connection with the repossession and sale of a Financed Vehicle (whether or not the related Receivable has been classified as a Defaulted Receivable)) but excluding payments with respect to Purchased Receivables) as soon as practicable and in no event after the close of business on the second Business Day after such receipt; provided, however, that for so long as (i) CarMax is the Servicer, (ii) no Event of Servicing Termination shall have occurred and be continuing and (iii) CarMax’s short-term unsecured debt is rated at least “A-1” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1” by Fitch (the “Monthly Remittance Condition”), the Servicer may remit any such amounts received during any Collection Period to the Collection Account in immediately available funds on the Business Day preceding the Distribution Date following such Collection Period (it being understood that the Monthly Remittance Condition has not been satisfied as of the Closing Date); provided further, that if any such amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds and all amounts received by the Servicer in connection with the repossession and sale of a Financed Vehicle (whether or not the related Receivable has been classified as a Defaulted Receivable)) are received in respect of a Receivable as to which there is an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance, the Servicer shall retain such amounts to the extent of such unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance (and shall apply the amount retained to reimburse itself for such unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance) and shall remit the balance of such amounts to the Collection Account; and, provided further, that the Servicer shall, if it determines that it has made an Unreimbursed Servicer Advance, retain amounts received on or in respect of the Receivables to the extent set forth in Section 4.4(b). The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee shall not be deemed to have knowledge of any event or circumstance under clauses (ii) or (iii) of the definition of Monthly Remittance Condition that would require daily remittance by the Servicer to the Collection Account unless the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, has received notice of such event or circumstance at its Corporate Trust Office from the Depositor or the Servicer in an Officer’s Certificate or written notice of such event or circumstance from the Holders of Notes evidencing not less than 25% of the Note Balance of the Controlling Class or unless a Responsible Officer of the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, has actual knowledge of such event or circumstance. The Servicer shall remit to the Collection Account on the Closing Date all amounts received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables (including Liquidation Proceeds and all amounts received by the Servicer in connection with the repossession and sale of a Financed Vehicle (whether or not the related Receivable has been classified as a Defaulted Receivable)) during the period from but excluding the Cutoff Date to and including the second Business Day preceding the Closing Date.

  • Remittance Reports; P&I Advances (a) On the second Business Day prior to the related Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent and the Trustee by telecopy (or by such other means as the Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trust Administrator and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Such Remittance Report will include (i) the amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Master Servicer in respect of the related Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of P&I Advances outstanding after giving effect to such P&I Advances, and the aggregate amount of Nonrecoverable P&I Advances in respect of such Distribution Date and (ii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trust Administrator or the Paying Agent may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary for the Paying Agent to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and for the Trust Administrator to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02; provided, however, that if the Master Servicer is not the Trust Administrator, the Master Servicer will forward to the successor Trust Administrator the information set forth in clause (i) above on the next Business Day following the latest related Determination Date and the information set forth in clause (ii) above on the fifth Business Day following the last day of the related calendar month. Neither the Trustee, the Paying Agent nor the Trust Administrator shall be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Reports to the Trustee; Collection Account Statements Not later than twenty days after each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward, upon request, to the Trustee and the Depositor the most current available bank statement for the Collection Account. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Trustee to any Certificateholder and to any Person identified to the Trustee as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon request at the expense of the requesting party, provided such statement is delivered by the Servicer to the Trustee.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account (a) The Master Servicer shall establish and maintain in the name of the Trustee, for the benefit of the Certificateholders, the Master Servicer Collection Account as a segregated trust account or accounts. The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account. The Master Servicer will deposit in the Master Servicer Collection Account as identified by the Master Servicer and as received by the Master Servicer, the following amounts:
