Common use of Summaries Clause in Contracts

Summaries. Certain provisions of these Conditions are summaries of the Agency Agreement, the Deed of Covenant and the Deed of Guarantee and are subject to their detailed provisions. Noteholders (as defined below) and the holders of the related interest coupons, if any, (the “Couponholders” and the “Coupons”, respectively) are bound by, and are deemed to have notice of, all the provisions of the Agency Agreement, the Deed of Covenant and the Deed of Guarantee applicable to them. Copies of the Agency Agreement, the Deed of Covenant and the Deed of Guarantee are available for inspection by Noteholders during normal business hours at the Specified Offices of each of the Agents, the initial Specified Offices of which are set out below, or by electronic means at the discretion of the Agents.
