Common use of Summaries Clause in Contracts

Summaries. Certain provisions of these Conditions are summaries of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement and are subject to their detailed provisions. Noteholders (as defined below) and the holders of the related interest coupons, if any, (the “Couponholders” and the “Coupons”, respectively) are bound by, and are deemed to have notice of, all the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement applicable to them. Copies of the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement are available for inspection upon prior written notice and satisfactory proof of holding by Noteholders during normal business hours at the Specified Offices of each of the Agents.
